The Kalofer Hotel is situated on the main street connecting the town of Nessebar and St. Vlas holiday village. The distance to the central part of the complex is ten minutes and to the beach - 80 meters. The hotel complex has 62 double standard rooms, 75 double deluxe rooms and 6 suites.

On the ground floor of the Kalofer Hotel is located the restaurant with 200 seats, which is equipped with air conditioning and karaoke system. Under sounds of selected music, the guests enjoy a rich menu of Bulgarian and international cuisine, variety of specialties and good wine selection.
The Barbeque with an outdoor bar is situated in the garden of the hotel. At guests disposal are 100 seats. In a pleasant atmosphere, revealing the warmth of the Bulgarian culture and hospitality with various ornaments the guests can taste a variety of pizzas and seafood and enjoy refreshing cocktails.

The Kalofer Hotel comprises of two conference halls with a capacity 50 and 80 seats. The halls can be joined into a single hall with a capacity 130 seats. The conference halls disposes of a modern audiovisual equipment needed for organizing business events such as: business meetings, conferences, seminars, corporate events, presentations.
