The Lilia Hotel is situated on the sea coast in the resort "Golden Sands", 17 km. away from the sea capital Varna. The hotel comprises of 174 double rooms, 47 apartments with 1 bedroom, 8 apartments with 2 bedrooms and a VIP apartment.
All guest rooms are air conditioned and equipped with telephone, satellite TV, mini bar, hair dryer, bath with shower room, and in the apartments - bath (WC with shower room), terrace or balcony with view to the park or the sea. A luxury type of accommodation is the 2-bedroom apartment, which features an entrance-hall, 2 separate bedroom premises and a living-room with upholstered furniture.

Restaurant and catering:
The main restaurant is located on the ground floor and it disposes of an air-conditioned hall with 215 seats and a spacious covered terrace with a view to the promenade with 65 seats. The developed in an old city style, air-conditioned Beer-house with 60 seats is situated on the basement floor of the hotel complex with an entrance from the main street. For the connoisseurs there are finely selected bulgarian and import draft and bottled beers as well as suitable dishes and a la minutes. The Sky Bar and the Sky pool on the roof of the main building are an attraction for the guests. In clear weather the Sky Bar offers an incredible panoramic view to the northern Black Sea coast, which stretches to cape Kaliakra.
At guests disposal are also the Lobby Bar, the Barbeque in the garden - with capacity of 30 covered seats and 50 seats on the platform around the pool, the Night Bar.
